These terms define customer eligibility under current government-backed energy-saving schemes and outline the property types we work on.
2. Customer Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for insulation or energy-saving installations under our programs, the following conditions apply:
A. Homeowners Not Receiving Benefits
- If you are a homeowner not receiving any qualifying benefits, you are eligible for single measures only.
- Single measures include:
- Loft Insulation
- Cavity Wall Insulation
- Air Source Heat Pumps are also available to homeowners not receiving benefits under a partially funded scheme.
- Solar Panels installations are also partially funded and may not require benefit qualification.
B. Homeowners Receiving Benefits
- If you are a homeowner receiving qualifying benefits, you may be eligible for multiple measures, such as:
- Loft Insulation + Heat Control
- Cavity Wall Insulation + Heat Control
- Solid Wall Insulation (Internal or External)
- Benefit evidence may be required during the assessment or application process.
C. Private Tenants
- If you are a private tenant, you may qualify for single measures only, which include:
- Loft Insulation
- Cavity Wall Insulation
- Eligibility also depends on landlord permission and property suitability.
3. Property Types We Work On
We provide insulation services for the following types of properties in England and Wales:
- Semi-Detached House / Bungalow
- Detached House / Bungalow
- Mid-Terrace House
- End-Terrace House
- Top-Floor Flat / Maisonette
4. Property Type Limitations
Certain property types qualify only for specific insulation measures:
- Mid-Terrace Houses: Eligible for Internal and External Wall Insulation as well for all other grant.
- Flats and Maisonettes: Eligible for Loft Insulation, Room-in-Roof (RIR) Insulation, and Flat Roof Insulation not only for wall insulation.
- Detached and Semi-Detached Houses: Eligible for all available single and multiple measures, depending on benefit status and property survey results.
5. Funding and Scheme Conditions
- All installations and energy measures are subject to government funding availability under schemes such as ECO (Energy Company Obligation) and GBIS (Great British Insulation Scheme).
- Air Source Heat Pump and Solar Panel installations are partially funded; customers may be required to contribute a portion of the cost.
- Final eligibility and funding approval depend on the outcome of a property survey and verification by relevant authorities.
6. Data Use and Consent
By submitting your information through our forms or during an assessment, you consent to your data being shared with our approved subcontractors, installers, and grant administrators for the purpose of processing your application and completing installation work.

7. Liability
- Get Insulation will not be held responsible for funding rejections, grant delays, or changes to government eligibility criteria.
- We are not liable for any costs incurred due to incorrect or false information provided by applicants.
- All installations are carried out by qualified contractors under the applicable industry standards.
8. Amendments to Terms
Get Insulation reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
